iREX 2022 | Japan

Organized by the Japan Robot Association (JARA) at Tokyo Big Sight, the exhibition features 615 of the top industry companies in the automation industry, including products in such categories as logistics automation, intelligent manufacturing, and robot manufacturers for both industrial and commercial use.

Standard Robots' flexible autonomous mobile robots (AMR) represented an opportunity to create a single-point solution for automated internal transportation for warehouses and factories. Meanwhile, the Standard Robots fleet management system demonstrated instant data visualization and integrative system options for existing software and devices.

The Gulf 1400 series Smart-Forklift uses laser SLAM navigation for automated pallet delivery with a 1.4-ton capacity and high-shelf stacking capability.

The newly launched Oasis 180D is designated for cramped workspaces and narrow pathways, such as semiconductor and electronic manufacturing facilities.

The Oasis 180D and Gulf 1400 will be part of an automated material handling demo that also features Oasis 300C, Oasis 600C-SLR, and compound robot as AMR with a top-mounted collaborative robot arm that is designed for PCB assembly and CNC workshops.

Following the show, our sales director said: "I must admit, it was fairly exciting being directly exposed to so many industry leaders. But it was a great opportunity to gain some really valuable exposure in Japan."

"Standard Robots' flexible automation solutions improve speed, increase throughput and enhance operator safety. As always, we will continue to focus on developing flexible solutions based on our products and systems that will enable us to create new opportunities in automotive, electronics, semiconductors, and other industries." - Noah, Director of Branding and Overseas Marketing at Standard Robots.
