The robot carries rollers or conveyor belts, allowing it to transport materials or WIP to production lines or machine tools directly. It realizes automatic loading and unloading without manual operation. It solves the problem of overweight materials/goods transportation, while the number and surface size of roller/belt is customization available.

The Oasis-SMT-A2-R1 is a double-layer transporting autonomous mobile robot based on the SMT production process in computers,  communications, and consumer electronics manufacturing. The robot's design can function as a two-way directional loading and unloading ability to suit different types of magazines with automatic loader size adjustment.

The robot's modular design can be functioned as a two-way directional loading and unloading ability and operates within 230mm to 1100mm of height and 315mm to 530mm of width to suit different types of magazines. On this basis, the Oasis-SMT is able to adapt to different heights of conveyor machines on production lines, reducing reconstruction and labor costs and meeting the needs of automated internal material transport.

The Oasis-ATS-A1 warehousing robot is designed for warehouse bin handling and picking. And it can flexibly adapt to intelligent bin handling in different scenarios. The robot is highly flexible and easy to maintain and can pick and place bins directly on the shelves, matching the existing warehouse setup. The ATS adopts our highly reliable Oasis AMR chassis to ensure the reliability of the product. In addition, through our supporting scheduling system FMS, tasks can be flexibly managed, and multiple robots collaborate as a fleet.
