Under the trend of intelligent manufacturing, the auto parts company hopes to introduce a flexible and intelligent full-process smart logistics system to open up the full-process business from raw material warehousing, outbound picking, production line material distribution and finished product warehousing, so as to achieve cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing production logistics model innovation.
Solution
Standard proposed a flexible logistics solution with the latent mobile robot Oasis600UL and the counterbalanced stacking unmanned forklift Gulf-1500-CPD as the core. In addition, Stand's self-developed robot scheduling system FMS is seamlessly connected with the original WMS of the workshop, realizing high-precision connection between AMR and various automated equipment such as vertical warehouses, and completing unified resource scheduling.
Hardware: 2 counterbalanced stacking unmanned forklifts Gulf-1500-CPD, 4 AMR latent mobile robots, and 2 automatic chargers.
