Challenge Status
Send full magazines to the SMT production line and recycle them, receive finished products at the end of the line, and deliver empty magazines at the same time; there are 16 SMT production lines in the workshop, all of which originally used manual feeding, and more materials were delivered to the production line at one time, occupying more space at the end of the line, and the workshop space utilization rate was low. In addition, during manual delivery, there are cases where human factors lead to the wrong delivery of materials.
Solution
Use the AMR model Oasis-SMT-2 to automatically receive magazine material frames for the SMT production line, and realize the fully automatic docking of the warehouse and the end of the line of the SMT production line.
Hardware: 8 Oasis-SMT-A2, 2 sets of warehouse automatic docking stations, 3 automatic charging piles, 1 server, 1 set of network solutions;
