Challenge
The automobile assembly workshop is the largest workshop in the vehicle factory. The production rhythm of the automobile assembly line is 20 to 40 vehicles per hour. Each model has more than 3,000 assembly parts. Due to the limited logistics space next to the production line, it is necessary to continuously transport materials from the production line warehouse to the production line on time. The punctuality of material transportation determines the punctuality of production.
Solution
Based on understanding customer needs and combining the actual scenarios of the customer's assembly workshop, Standard Robots tailored a highly flexible intelligent factory logistics solution and pioneered the industry's fully automatic uncoupling and hooking of AMR and traction material vehicles. This can complete the closed-loop unmanned operation of the entire process from preparing materials in the line warehouse to replacing empty and full material vehicles in the material delivery area, and finally returning to the line warehouse. Standard Robots solved the problem of the last 100 meters of material distribution in the assembly workshop of the automotive industry, and truly promoted the upgrade of logistics automation equipment in the automotive industry.
