Warehousing finished products at the end of the production line: Before the introduction of AMR, after the finished products were loaded on pallets, they were manually transported to the finished product warehouse on the first floor using a manual forklift via a freight elevator. Sometimes, excess finished products are piled up at the end of the production line, taking up a lot of space.
