Exhibition Spotlight | Bringing Industrial Embodied Intelligence and Robotic Collaboration into Practice, Standard Robots Showcases Its Strength at SEMICON Taiwan

Sep 03,2026

On September 2, SEMICON Taiwan 2026 officially opened at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center in Taiwan, China.

As a major platform for professional exchange in the global semiconductor industry, the exhibition brings together companies and innovators from across the industry value chain, showcasing the latest technologies and application developments in semiconductor manufacturing, smart factories, and automation.

At this year’s exhibition, Standard Robots is showcasing products including DARWIN, OASIS-300E-SRL, and LINK-SEMI-FAB, demonstrating how different types of robots work together in industrial environments.

01  DARWIN
      Industrial Embodied Robot

Designed for more complex industrial tasks requiring greater flexibility, DARWIN further expands the application of industrial embodied robots in real production environments. Working alongside different types of robots at the exhibition, it demonstrates their collaborative capabilities in industrial settings.

02  LINK-SEMI-FAB
      Embodied Robot for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Purpose-built for semiconductor manufacturing environments, LINK-SEMI-FAB supports production processes such as wafer fabrication. By integrating omnidirectional mobility, 360° sensing, and 2.5D/3D vision, it enables autonomous navigation and high-precision material picking and placement with an accuracy of ±0.5 mm.

03  OASIS-300E-SRL
       Lifting Robot

With a rated payload of 300 kg, a maximum travel speed of 2.5 m/s, and a turning radius of 390 mm, OASIS-300E-SRL uses a lifting module to automatically lift and lower load carriers such as material carts and racks. It supports under-ride transport and flexible obstacle avoidance, making it suitable for warehouse-to-line-side delivery, finished and semi-finished goods putaway, and material transfers between production lines.

Previously, at the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition 2026, Standard Robots partnered with industry collaborators to demonstrate coordinated operations on site. By showing how tasks are handed off between different robots, the demonstration illustrated how robots can be applied within actual production workflows.

In the semiconductor industry, Standard Robots’ collaboration with Zhuhai Tiancheng Semiconductor focuses on automated FOUP transport in wafer fabs. Through collaboration between LINK-series and OASIS-series robots, together with integration with MES, production equipment, electronic shelving, and other systems, the partnership delivers a semiconductor industry solution covering both material flow and system coordination.

Standard Robots looks forward to meeting more partners at the exhibition to exchange insights on the latest practices and applications in smart semiconductor manufacturing, and to explore further opportunities to deploy robotics and embodied AI in real industrial environments.
