On September 18, HUAWEI CONNECT 2025 opened its doors at both the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center and the Shanghai Expo Centre. Centered on the theme All Intelligence, this flagship industry event assembled thought leaders, business leaders, technical experts, partners and developers. Participants shared perspectives and discussed practical paths toward building the future intelligent industrial ecosystem.
Standard Robots joined the event as an invited exhibitor. At its booth, the company delivered live demos of its DARWIN embodied-AI robot performing multi-robot collaborative material-handling operations under production-line conditions, earning notable industry attention at the show.

Forging Ecosystems to Chart New Directions for Intelligence
Zhang Ping’an, Executive Director and CEO of Huawei Cloud, delivered a keynote speech titled “Full-Scale Intelligence: Empowering Industry AI Pioneers”. His presentation showcased a range of embodied-intelligence use cases, including Standard Robots’ industrial embodied-AI robot DARWIN.

As a start-up ecosystem partner of Huawei Cloud, Standard Robots is among the first cohort of partners for the Huawei Cloud R2C (Robot to Cloud) protocol.
Jointly initiated by multiple authoritative institutions and key industrial players, the R2C protocol aims to bring cloud-native intelligence to a broader range of robots. It builds a critical technical foundation for robot intelligence advancement and cross-industry collaboration across the sector.

Collaborative Operations: Demonstrating a New Paradigm of High Efficiency
At the on-site exhibition area of the conference, Standard Robots simulated real-world multi-robot collaborative handling scenarios. DARWIN and Oasis-300E worked in tandem to carry out material-handling tasks in a well-orchestrated manner.

Leveraging its dexterous dual-arm design and high-precision recognition computing power, DARWIN executes precise operations including bin picking, positioning and placement. The Oasis-300E takes over transportation tasks with robust load-bearing capacity. Seamlessly working together, the two robots demonstrate operational strengths tailored for complex industrial environments.
Forging Ecosystems to Chart New Paths for Intelligence

Moving forward, Standard Robots will draw on its advanced technologies and extensive industry expertise to drive the adoption and advancement of industrial embodied-AI across broader use cases. The company aims to contribute to the intelligent transformation of global manufacturing.
