NEPCON Thailand 2026 officially opened on June 17 in Bangkok, Thailand.
On the first day of the show, Standard Robots presented its intelligent industrial mobile robot solutions. Centered on core demands including material transfer, line-side delivery, SMT carrier circulation and warehouse-floor collaboration, it demonstrated applications of intelligent industrial mobile robots within high-tact production environments.
Electronics manufacturing facilities feature abundant materials, fast production tact and densely-located workstations, placing higher demands on the stability, efficiency and flexibility of in-plant logistics. With a diverse portfolio of intelligent industrial mobile robots and its dispatching system, Standard Robots covers workflows including warehousing, line-side operations, inter-equipment transfer and pallet handling.
At this show, Standard Robots focused on logistics demands for high-tact production, multi-process workflows and flexible inter-process connection within electronics-manufacturing scenarios. It highlighted three intelligent industrial mobile robot products designed for distinct material-handling workflows.
OASIS-300E-SRL
Top-mount AMR
It supports autonomous obstacle avoidance during operation and adjusts travel paths according to on-site obstacles. Operational safety is guaranteed via functions including obstacle detection, speed reduction for collision avoidance, and safety stop. The product holds CE and ETL certifications.
It delivers a rated payload of 1200 kg, combining the agility of under-ride robots with the forking capability of automated forklifts to handle pallet-based materials directly. Requiring narrow aisle width for operation, it is fitted with multi-sensor real-time obstacle avoidance. It applies to warehouse inbound and outbound operations, pallet transfer and production-line feeding scenarios, and holds CE and ETL certifications.
Designed for the handling of carriers such as Magazines and Trays in SMT production lines, the robot supports dual-deck lifting and docking with loading and unloading ports to realize empty-full carrier exchange. With docking heights covering 250-470 mm and 950-1170 mm, it adapts to varied material-in-and-out heights of different equipment and minimizes equipment modification. It is suitable for inter-process transfer and line-side buffering in SMT workflows and holds CE certification.
Moving forward, drawing on global project delivery experience, comprehensive product portfolio and localized service capabilities, Standard Robots will further empower manufacturing and automation upgrading across the Asia-Pacific region. Leveraging solutions for intelligent industrial mobile robots and industrial embodied-intelligence robots, the company helps customers build more efficient, flexible and reliable intelligent logistics systems, delivering long-term and stable automation value for regional industrial upgrading.
