The company urgently needs to solve the problem of long-distance transportation of PCB boards: before the introduction of AMR, after the finished products are loaded on pallets, they are manually transported to the finished product warehouse on the first floor by manual forklifts through the freight elevator. Sometimes there are a lot of finished products piled up at the end of the production line, which takes up a lot of space. In addition, it is necessary to use forklifts to transport the pallets to the first floor, which is very labor-intensive.
Solution
Use the Oasis600UL+ lifting pallet module, with the pallet bracket at the end of the line, to automatically deliver the finished product pallets packaged at the end of the line to the finished product warehouse across floors.
