China's top 3 semiconductor industry company, the project needs to complete the automated transportation of semiconductor manufacturing related materials, involving the transportation of front and back process materials across factories (from old factories to new factories), wafer transportation across floors and factories, and material transportation across corridors; it needs to connect to automatic doors, elevators, hoists, air shower doors and other equipment.
