Futong Group × Standard Robots | Automated handling of optical fiber and cable in smart factories

Challenge

This project is a new reform concept of the optical communication industry proposed by Futong Group. The project will build a super-large optical communication factory, introduce the concepts of Industry 4.0 such as intelligence, digitization, and networking, and aim to create the world's largest single-unit, energy-efficient and smart factory.

Solution

The logistics transformation project of Futong Group's optical communication full industry chain project mainly involves transportation, warehouse, and handling. Standard Robots is responsible for the transportation and circulation of the bundle tube tray between the four processes of bundle tube, inspection, warehouse, and cabling.

Hardware: 9 Gulf-1400-CDD transport automatic forklifts, 4 Gulf-1000-CPD counterbalanced stacker forklifts, 5 automatic charging piles, 2 manual chargers, and 1 server;
