Challenge


A benchmark project for automation transformation of a leading auto parts company transforms the original factory that was produced manually into a highly automated factory. The production and manufacturing of the auto parts industry changes rapidly, and the production process and production line iterations are fast. Internal logistics need to flexibly adapt to different production line layouts, and multiple logistics robots of different models need to work together. Automation transformation faces many challenges.
