Challenges
Material distribution for the three process links of chip packaging workshop, namely chip loading, wire bonding and plastic packaging. This includes the distribution of chip magazine boxes, silver paste, bonding wires, plastic packaging materials and other materials. The workshop is a dust-free workshop with many machines, including more than 400 bonding machines. It is very difficult to find the location of the machine during manual distribution, and it is often the case that the machine goes to the wrong machine and then returns to the correct machine. The workers in the dust-free workshop wear dust-free clothes, which are very intensive and inefficient. It is urgent to introduce ARM, and combine the FMS scheduling system with the workshop MES system to achieve accurate material distribution, reduce labor intensity, and reduce the error rate of material distribution.
Solution
Standard Robots uses the model Oasis300UL+ customized intelligent material rack AMR, which is integrated with the factory's MES and WMS systems by FMS. When the production line is out of material, the manual material is prepared in the warehouse and placed on the AMR, and the material and storage location are bound by scanning the storage location code on the AMR material rack. After the material preparation is completed, the AMR automatically delivers the material to the corresponding material-demanding machine, and the corresponding indicator light turns on. After the manual scanning of the code to pick up the material, the AMR automatically runs to the next material-demanding machine until all the materials are delivered and the AMR returns to the warehouse standby point.
